The commonest reason for a miscarriage is a genetic abnormality in the fetus, and this is Nature's defense mechanism, to prevent the birth of an abnormal baby. While these defects are often random, they are commoner in older women. This is because the eggs of older women have more genetically abnormalities, because they have "aged" and have genetic defects, which cannot be screened for. The fact you have conceived in the past ( even though you did miscarry) means your chances of having a healthy baby are excellent, so please don't get disheartened !

I tried for 2nd baby but unable to conceive then I choose IVF with highest dose of injection for egg pickup. 16 egg were retrieved .6 good quality embryo were formed. I did day3 and 3frozen embryo transfer having letrozole starting days of cycle and later during transfer progesterone and dydra and have no pics of my embryo. My estrogen level was more than 3000 that's why my doctor skip fresh embryo transfer but in FET cycle only progesterone test was done which was .90

It is extended blastocyst... Heparin injection and progesterone injection along with susten 400, Dydraboon, Endofert, Ecospirin and Folvite are the medicines I have been taking..

This is completely flawed and irrational thinking, and only bad clinics still do Day 3 transfers. The pregnancy rate with Day 5 transfers is far better than with Day 3 transfers, so please trust on Allah, but also find a good clinic which does only blastocyst transfers and provides embryo photos routinely to all their patients.
